Northgate Market - W Whittier Blvd: Your Destination for Fresh International Grocery Shopping

This is a great market right in the heart of the Whittier, La Habra area. Not as big as the Costa Mesa store. This market is organized more like a standard super market with even rows, a vegetable area and a bread/pastry area on the opposite side. They have a great meat counter with a great selection of cuts. Their vegetables are fresh with a central south American emphasis. For example, you won’t find eggplants there. They have a great ceviche counter with 7 different ceviches when I was there.

Items are very well displayed, quality is good, prices are good, especially the staff are bright and friendly The product is very diverse and the price is relatively cheap. A very clean and well-organized market with plenty of Mexican snacks The Korean market seems to be the most expensive... The Chinese market and the Mexican market seem to be cheap and good quality. Food and beverage prices are cheaper than other places and the quality is good. In particular, it is easy to purchase Mexican food ingredients and they are well organized.

This is a fantastic place to shop for fresh and ready-made food and organic produce. It is very clean, well organized, and spacious for safe social distancing. I was really blown away at what they have to offer here. I love this place.

Talk about a great place to shop and find everything you need, produce is very well stocked and clean, you can pick up food to eat at there restaurant inside the market, and sea food, well they have everything.

This is the first time trying Northgate Market. When I enter the market all I can say Omg!!!! Northgate Market is extremely organized and clean store. They have everything you need for all your families needs. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can feel they are proud to be part of this epic company. I will be shopping at Northgate Market in the near future. Great Great place.

Northgate Gonzalez market has been around a long time. It was established in 1980 by Don Miguel Gonzalez Reynoso's family. It now has 41 stores in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Riverside counties.This market has Latin American, and Mexican goods .They have fresh meats and seafood, fruits and vegetables, bakery and hot foods, auga frescas ,Tortilleria, Panaderia ,fresh flowers and so much more. The managers and employees are courteous and friendly and very helpful. The customer service is really great. I’ve been to this market many times and I felt it was time to do a review. We enjoy visiting this market and plaza. They have an outdoor courtyard, dining area and a nice fountain to enjoy your view. There’s plenty of parking ,the handicap stalls are close to the front entrance.

I appreciate so much them having updated holiday hours! Most businesses forget this very important detail to update business hours! Customer’s time and in general is very important!
